Agreeing to these terms

By creating an account or using Chef AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the app.

Acceptable use

• Use Chef AI for your own personal, non-commercial cooking and meal planning.
• Keep your login details private and don't share your account with other people.
• Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the app, or get around the monthly generation and saved-recipe limits.
• Don't use the recipe generator to create or share unlawful, harmful or offensive content.

Your account

You need an account to generate and save recipes. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your email address and password up to date. You can change your password and delete your account from the Account page.

Free and Pro plans

• The Free plan includes a monthly limit on recipe generations and saved recipes, shown on the Pricing page and on your Account page.
• Pro is a paid plan with higher generation and saved-recipe limits and priority generation speed.
• Usage is counted per calendar month and resets at the start of each month. Unused generations do not carry over.
• Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Prices and plan limits may change. If they do, we will tell you before the change applies to your next billing period.

AI recipes are estimates

Recipes, images and nutrition values in Chef AI are generated by AI and are estimates only. They are not medical, dietary or professional advice, and they are not a substitute for guidance from a doctor or registered dietitian. Nutrition figures are approximate and may differ from the food you actually cook, depending on brands, portions and preparation.

Check your allergens

You are responsible for checking that every ingredient and product you use is safe for you. Diet filters such as vegan and gluten-free are guidance, not a guarantee: AI can make mistakes, cross-contamination can happen and product ingredients change. Always read labels and use your own judgement, especially with food allergies or intolerances.

Your content

The ingredients, targets and notes you enter and the recipes you save stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them so the app can work for you. Generated recipe text and images are provided for your personal use in the app.

Our content and availability

The Chef AI name, logo and app design belong to Arya Creations. We work to keep the app available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or because a third-party AI or hosting service is down. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the app.

Ending your account

You can stop using Chef AI and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, abuses the service or puts other users or the app at risk. If your account is closed, your saved recipes are deleted and your right to use the app ends.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and continuing to use Chef AI after an update means you accept the new terms.
